Task manager has been disable by your administrator Solution

It occurs due to the infected virus on the computer or the system administrator disable it through Regedit or Gpedit.msc.This promblem often occurs in PC and Laptops,mostly it is infected with viruses like Trojan,Worm etc.To solve this you need to follow the steps:
Go to Run button then type Regedit 
   Look at :
            Hkey_Current_Users/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Current Version/Policies/System
           Hkey_Local _Machine/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Current Version/Policies/System
           Hkey_Users/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Current Version/Policies/System

Find the word "DisableTaskMgr" value and delete it.

 Next time Task Manager will open.Thanking You

No Desktop Icon Solution

When i turn on my computer, i see there is no desktop icon in my computer.So i tried the following steps to make  it solved :

1. First of all, i get into Task Manager ( Crtl+Alt+Del) then i type explorer.exe in Processes section. 
 2. If this method works then its ok but if it doesnot than there must be another promblem on it, look at Processes Section Find Explorer.exe if it exits than its ok or If you dont Type it.
3. Simply Restart your Computer.
4. Right Click on Desktop then on View Section ,at last Click on Show Desktop Icons.

After These process i was done with No Desktop Icons promblems.Thanking you All

New folder.exe virus removal

As it is a virus that cannot be deleted or if it happens , virus will be reform again and again.
  Now i will tell you a way that it can be deleted..
  First of all Go to Run button ( Win + R) Type Msconfig
   after that Click on Startup,there you can see the services being activated ,Find the name Newfolder.exe virus then Just Click on the box at the side bar.This will make virus inactive after that look at the Location of the virus and deleted it.If the Virus is located at something like HKLM/SOFTWARE.... then look it at Regedit section find it and delete it.
  At last go to search button and type Newfolder.exe then delete it all.
