This promblem occurs due to the many reasons in the failure of hardware and damaged Operating System.The main cause is RAM( Random Access Memory).When your computer get blank while starting the OS,it can be the promblem of RAM.You need to check all of the hardware inside the Computer from Lower level to higher Level.Examples like RAM,SMPS( Self Mode Power Supply),Hard Disk,Cooler Fan and so on.Just reinsert the RAM again or Check the SMPS power supply volt.Even in the promblems like Low electricity may cause it.If your computer get hang due to some reasons,it is certainly the promblem of Cooler fan.Thank you
