HOW TO CREAT A WEB PAGE:
   1. Create an account with G-mail account for a web page.If you dont have g-mail account ( yahoo,Hotmail)
    First go to blogger.com and fill the required information with valid E-mail Address.You have to write 10 articles  with 150 words.

HOW TO PROMOTE THE WEB PAGE:
 First login to web page.
Click VIEW BLOG from the web page.
You will the article you have written.
Copy the URL from the top of the page.
Go to PROMOTIONALTOOLS.CO.CC
You will see HOW TO GET THE TRAFFIC
You can see HOME,COMMENT RSS,PING SEO,PR4,PR3,TOP75
Click on PING,SEO,PR4,PR3TOP75.You will see the list of ping services.
For each ping services,right click open in new window.
You will see the form.
Fill the required information.

NOTE: FOR INCRESING THE PR YOU CAN GO TO GOOGLE.COM,SEARCH FREE WEB DIRECTORY SUBMISSION and place you link over there.
 For eg: www.worldclimate.blogspot.com
            www.promotionaltools.co.cc
             www.worldwideclimate.co.cc
